    [...].

As for the bottles themselves, they are great. My baby had problems latching on after birth, so I had to use a nipple shield. During the day, I would nurse. At night or on outings, I would use a bottle. I have used Avent, Medela and Parent’s Choice. Avent has a larger nipple, so it gets her to open her mouth wider (good for nursing). But the milk always dribbled into her mouth so she didn’t have to do any work. Medela and Parent’s Choice have small nipples. I found that she would suck on me like a straw when nursing, after using the smaller nipples. She finally figured out how to nurse correctly right before these bottles came in. BUT I love these bottles because they encourage her to use the same sucking and compression as nursing on the breast. She even makes the same noises! It is great.

The only thing I don’t like is that they is so large in diameter. It makes it hard to find a bottle bag that will fit them. I heard Playtex Drop-ins are the same diameter, though, so you might try Playtex bottle bags. Also for cleaning, there are 2 nipples so it takes more room on your cleaning rack. But I would recommend these to anyone who has a baby with nipple confusion or trouble latching on. [...].

I have a set of the older bottles, with the hard plastic, I LOVE THEM, perfect, I ordered two sets of the new bpa free ones, and they are GARBAGE. The lids and collars don’t fit the bottles properly, it may take 5-6 tries to get a lid or collar on so it doesn’t throw milk everywhere when it’s shaken, if it will fit at all. They replaced them and it’s the same GARBAGE as the first set. I’ve been emailing for a week to have these replaced/refunded with the original product, have had no response… Don’t waste your TIME and money.

My son hates this. It’s too hard for him to get the milk out of the bottle. He doesn’t even try anymore.

I breastfeed him also and trust me….it’s more work to get the milk out of this bottle than it is to get it out of my breast.

In my opinion, this is in NO way similar to breastfeeding.

    I do NOT recommend.

They leak. They leak as if it were a joke on us. We had 9. All 9 leaked everytime. I kicked myself everytime I used them again. I’ve tried closeing them every way, tight, firm, warm, cold, hot, dry, wet, all kinds of ways, these bottles SUCK! They make more of a mess then the baby. I really hope you find something else.
